Product description
This prenatal supplement is formulated as a daily two-capsule regimen and comes in a 120-count bottle of vegetarian capsules. The formulation delivers twenty essential vitamins and minerals intended to support maternal nutrient needs and fetal development throughout pregnancy.
Key inclusions are L-methylfolate for folate support and a vegan source of DHA to aid neurological development. The blend also features iron, choline, iodine and a suite of B vitamins to help energy metabolism, red blood cell formation and cellular growth. Chelated mineral forms are used where applicable to promote absorption.
Ginger is incorporated into the formula to help ease digestive discomfort that can occur during early pregnancy. The manufacturer advises taking two vegetarian capsules each day with a meal and water; the product can also be continued for postnatal nutrient support if desired.
Quality control measures are noted on the label: third-party testing and manufacture in cGMP-certified facilities in the United States, with raw materials sourced domestically and internationally to complete the ingredient profile.

High-quality formulation
I started with the conception formula and have transitioned to the prenatal. Good ingredients and well made — I would recommend it.

Good flavor overall, healthy outcome
Flavor is a bit strong for some, but it was worth it for a healthy pregnancy in my case.

Worked at first, then intolerable for me
The capsules began with a mild citrus scent that I tolerated fine and I bought the value twin pack. After about three and a half weeks I began struggling: taking them with food led to vomiting soon after, and taking them before eating caused nausea until I forced myself to eat and then vomited. I also found them harder to swallow after a few days. This may be a personal sensitivity, so they might work well for others.

Excellent support through pregnancy
I’ve been using this brand for about a year through preconception and now pregnancy and have found it superior to others I tried. I take it alongside other supplements and it seemed to improve how often I got sick; a usual seasonal bug barely affected me this year. The scent isn’t pleasant to everyone and I gagged in the first trimester, but it was fine by the second. I recommend taking it with plenty of water.

Really helpful but flavor changed
I’ve been happy with these overall — they include everything I need and are easy to swallow. They boost my energy and haven’t upset my stomach so far. Lately, though, the aroma and aftertaste shifted; I used to notice a light vanilla note but the current batch has a fishy oil scent and stronger flavor. It’s noticeable immediately when it enters the mouth. I’ll order another bottle to see if it repeats, and if it does I’ll contact the brand.

Pleasant citrus scent and easy to take
I’ve used these for two months and find the light lemony scent pleasant. There’s a hint of citrus when swallowing and the capsules are easy to swallow. After the first dose my urine turned bright yellow, which I later learned is normal with B-vitamin intake (riboflavin). I briefly tried taking both pills at once and felt queasy, so I returned to splitting the dose and that helped.

Contains the full prenatal profile I wanted
I had trouble finding a single product that included L-methylfolate (not folic acid), iron, DHA and choline — this bottle checked all those boxes. I began taking it as we started trying to conceive and we conceived after a few months. The capsules didn’t make me nauseous; I take one with breakfast and one later in the day. I considered their conception formula but decided this prenatal met my needs.
