Product description
What you get: a 0.5 lb bag of whole millet sprays — clusters of millet grains attached to their natural stalks. The package contains multiple sprays sufficient for repeated treats and short-term enrichment sessions.
Materials and size: each spray is composed of natural millet seeds on a stalk; the product is unflavored and meant for feathered pets. The half-pound quantity provides several moderate-size sprays suitable for small to medium companion birds.
How to use: attach a spray to cage bars with a clip or holder and let your bird peck and forage at will. These sprays are also ideal for hand-feeding during bonding time, or for breaking into smaller bits to serve as training rewards or positive reinforcement.
Benefits: millet sprays encourage natural foraging behavior and provide mental stimulation while offering carbohydrates and some essential nutrients as a supplemental treat to your bird’s regular diet.
Practical notes: expect some scattered seed debris during use — place a tray or cover the cage bottom during treat time. Store the bag sealed to preserve freshness.
Pros
- Natural whole-millet stalks
- Encourages foraging and activity
- Multiple feeding methods (hang, hand, break apart)
Cons
- Can be messy while birds eat
- Should be given in moderation
- Not all birds may accept it
VerdictA straightforward, natural snack of millet seed sprays that encourages foraging and offers flexible feeding options. Comes in a half-pound pack of whole millet stalks that can be hung, hand-fed, or portioned for training. Good for occasional treats and mental stimulation, though messy while birds eat and best used in moderation within a varied diet.

They go crazy for it
My flock devours these. The millet isn't discolored and the resealable bag is handy for storage.

Great for my older budgie
Bought this for my elderly budgie and it was a clear winner. He climbed up, clung to the bars and ate enthusiastically. I reserve it as a weekend treat.

Keeps them occupied
Parakeets adore it — messy to eat but it quiets them down. I'll repurchase.

A hit at first
Our birds enjoyed them, though we ended up giving extras away.

Looks right, but yard birds ignored them
Arrived intact and smelling like fresh millet. For some reason the wild birds wouldn't touch them and the outdoor piece didn't sprout.
