Product description
Included in the package is one roll of permanent adhesive vinyl measuring 12 inches wide by 10 feet long (30.5 cm x 3 m) in a matte Navy Blue finish. The material is a thin, coated vinyl film with an adhesive backing and a release liner that keeps the roll stable during storage.
This edition of value vinyl is offered with streamlined packaging to lower cost while keeping the same core usability as thicker premium sheets. It’s made for indoor crafting tasks such as decals, labels, wall and window accents, personalized items, and light-duty vehicle or mailbox customization. The adhesive bonds well to flat, clean surfaces and the matte surface minimizes glare after application.
Durability is designed for indoor use and the manufacturer indicates the vinyl stands up to regular handling; on appropriate items it can be dishwasher-tolerant when applied correctly and cured. The roll format provides flexibility in length for projects of varying sizes compared with pre-cut sheets.
Application is straightforward: load into your cutting machine, select the appropriate material or automatic cut setting, cut your design, weed excess material, and transfer the design to the target surface. The vinyl separates cleanly for intricate patterns, making it suitable for detailed stickers and stencils. It’s optimized for use with Cricut cutting machines and generally works with other electronic cutters when cut settings are adjusted.
Pros
- Large 12 in x 10 ft roll for flexible project sizing
- Matte finish with good adhesion on flat indoor surfaces
- Cuts and weeds easily for detailed designs
Cons
- Thinner than premium permanent vinyl variants
- May show bubbles or transfer lines on large areas
- Outdoor longevity is uncertain compared to thicker vinyls
VerdictThis Navy Blue value permanent vinyl gives crafters a large, economical roll that cuts cleanly and sticks well to many indoor surfaces. It’s easy to cut and weed, offers a matte finish, and works with popular cutting machines. Expect solid short-term durability for decals, labels, and decor; however, users report it’s thinner than premium options and may show transfer imperfections on large, flat

Attractive matte navy for crafts
The matte tone is soft and versatile, and the 12-inch width gives enough material for a range of projects. Good for labels and decorative pieces; just verify that permanent vinyl suits your surface first.

Does what it’s supposed to
I like this vinyl. It weeds easily and adheres exactly as expected, no surprises during application.

Perfect for classroom floor decals
Arrived well protected. I used this roll to make shoe-print decals for a kindergarten line-up — pink for girls and blue for boys. It cut precisely on my Cricut Maker and weeded without trouble. The matte navy is visible against many backgrounds and after two weeks on a classroom floor it hasn’t scratched. The roll format made it easy to cut a dozen large prints and I still have plenty left.

Great value and dependable hold
Very tough for everyday crafting. Holds firmly once applied and weeds cleanly. Overall value is excellent and I’d recommend it for hobby projects.

Rich color, some application issues
The brown I tried had a deep tone, but the backing is stiff and the vinyl bubbled when I attempted to transfer larger pieces. Lines and bumps showed when flattening, so I’d stick to smaller decals where bubbling wasn’t a problem.

Works well for stencil making
I use this roll to produce vinyl stencils and it performs excellently for that purpose — easy to cut and handle.

Hello you 5/5
Amazing cut and weed, unclear on longevity
Cuts exceptionally well and weeds with almost no effort — lift a corner and the design stays put. It’s noticeably thin, so I’m unsure how it will perform long-term or outdoors. Colors match photos and I bought several shades; great deal for a long roll.

Not as durable as hoped
Serviceable for light use but didn’t hold up as well as I expected for higher-wear items.

Clean cuts and smooth application
Cuts clean, weeds quickly, and applies without fuss. The finish looks professional and holds up once placed; a reliable choice for decals and labels at this size.

Good for personal projects, not client work
Easier on the wallet than thicker permanent vinyls. It sticks reasonably well but has a slight sheen rather than a flat matte. I cut it with a Silhouette Cameo 3 and had to lower settings because it’s a bit thinner than other materials.

Not the heavy-duty permanent vinyl
This is the economical version, not the thicker permanent type. It’s thinner and less resistant, so it’s fine for lighter uses but won’t match the durability of the heavier permanent option.
