Product description
This package includes one compact rotary paper trimmer (16-1/2 x 6-1/2 x 1-1/2 in) fitted with a 28mm rotary blade. The cutter is designed to slice up to six standard sheets at once (about 3 mm total thickness) and produces clean, tear-free edges on regular paper, photo paper and many types of cardstock.
The base has a 3.25" deck width and supports a 12" cut length while a self-leveling, swing-out arm extends the measuring surface to 15.25" for longer cuts. The working surface is printed with permanent 1/16" gridlines to aid accurate alignment, and the expanded cut rail includes an integrated smudge guard to keep fingerprints off your project while holding sheets in place.
A replaceable cut bar rotates through four positions (two usable edges per side) to prolong cutting performance, and replacement and decorative rotary blades are available separately. Rubberized feet help stabilize the unit and protect surfaces. The trimmer is lightweight and portable for travel to craft sessions. Caution: blade and edges are sharp; handle with care. Imported.
Pros
- Clean, tear-free rotary cuts
- Compact and portable design
- Accurate 1/16" grid and extended deck
Cons
- Limited capacity for thick stacks
- Not ideal for heavy cardstock batches
- Feels lightweight to some users
VerdictThis compact rotary trimmer offers clean, consistent cuts and a wide measuring deck for a small footprint. It excels at single-sheet and light multi-sheet trimming, provides precise grid markings and a smudge-guard rail, but it isn't engineered for heavy stacks or very thick cardstock. A good portable option for hobbyists who value neat edges and easy blade replacement.

Underwhelms on cardstock
I've trusted this brand before, but this unit struggled with standard cardstock. It didn't meet my expectations for heavier stock.

Arrived defective twice
This was my second unit and it arrived with the swing arm ruler sitting uneven relative to the base. Same fault as the first — not acceptable. I can't recommend it in this condition.

A great addition to my craft supplies.

Reliable edge retention
Replaced my older cutters with this one. Replacement blades are easy to source and it keeps cuts clean and sharp even after many uses.

Feels flimsy, limited use
Lightweight and OK for single sheets, but it falters with multiple sheets or thicker card stock. Given past products I've used from this maker, this one feels like a step down.

Poor hold, inconsistent with thick paper
Doesn't clamp sheets firmly and can shift the paper during a cut, which ruins delicate projects. Thicker papers can tear or not cut cleanly. Fine for plain single sheets but struggles with denser stock.

Precise for delicate work
I switched from a sliding trimmer for my wedding-band inserts and this rotary model performed excellently. The blade glided and left crisp edges; I could trim to 1/8" reliably. It also survived a drop with no damage.

Compact and capable
Small footprint and easy to tuck away. It slices paper cleanly; not meant for large batches but fine for occasional trimming. Handles cardstock and photo paper well.

Accurate and dependable
Very good cutter that produces precise, predictable lengths and clean edges. Measuring is straightforward and results are accurate.

Fixed my blade-track issues
I bought this after having problems with a sliding trimmer where the refill blade popped out. This rotary version locks the blade inside a cover that clicks in place. So far it has cut copier paper and 110 lb cardstock smoothly with no blade problems.
