Product description
What’s included: one 10 ft x 33 ft piece of thickened 1.8 oz/yd² non-woven frost fabric, 20 stainless steel garden clips, 10 U-shaped garden stakes with gaskets, and a pick hook for removing stakes and clips.
Material and size: the cover is made from a reinforced non-woven textile at 1.8 ounces per square yard. The large 10×33 ft sheet can be draped over beds or cut with scissors into smaller sections for individual plants, containers, or tree wraps. The fabric is designed to be tear-resistant and reusable season after season.
Performance and temperature range: the cloth provides frost and light-snow protection and is rated to help guard plants at temperatures down to about -4°F (-20°C). Its breathable weave allows air and moisture exchange so plants aren’t smothered while still retaining ground heat when used as a drape.
How to use: lay the fabric directly over plants or support it on hoops to form a mini greenhouse. Secure the edges with the included stainless clips and U-stakes with gaskets to keep the cover in place in windier conditions. The pick hook eases removal of stakes and clips. Cut the material to shape for custom applications and store folded when not in use.
Seasonal benefits: beyond winter frost protection, the cover can reduce sun stress in hot months, deter birds and some insects in spring, and help moderate microclimates around seedlings and tender plants throughout the year.

Surprised by the performance
Handled a cold snap much better than old sheets. It’s most effective when draped to trap ground heat rather than wrapped; if wrapping, use two layers to retain warmth.

Did the job
Kept plants from freezing during mild cold. We didn’t drop below freezing, but the fabric allows light through so it can stay on plants without blocking growth.

As advertised
I live in Houston and haven’t needed to use it much yet. It arrived as described and I look forward to testing it when frost hits.

Sturdy and practical. Worked well protecting plants in Florida heat and during five light frosts we experienced.

Reliable repeat purchase
This is the third set I’ve bought. It’s worked well for covering newly planted shrubs during past freezes, so I got another for a friend.

Solid freeze protection
Protected our plants through a recent freeze and felt noticeably thicker than other covers we’ve tried. Included hardware made installation quick, and everything survived several days of cold.

Thicker than most and easy to size
Chose this because the 1.8 oz/yd² weight is heavier than many alternatives and the sheet is generous in length and width. I cut it to fit and it kept my shrubs from major cold damage; I added a blanket on top for extreme nights. The clips and stakes worked well with my hoop setup. Would recommend.

High quality and versatile
Material is sturdy and easy to trim to fit. Pins and clips are handy. Bought a second set because one piece wasn’t enough for all my vulnerable plants.
