Product description
Heel cup pair: two silicone gel cushions designed specifically for heel pain relief. Each set contains one left and one right heel cup intended to sit beneath the heel inside your footwear.
Material and construction: made from soft, medical-grade silicone gel that absorbs impact and cushions the heel. The pads have a slightly tacky surface to help resist slipping inside shoes and are washable to refresh the grip.
Sizing and fit: available in multiple sizes — do not guess your size; measure your foot and compare to the sizing guide before ordering. These are unisex and designed to fit into sneakers, work shoes, boots and many types of sandals.
How to use: place the cup with the concave side under your heel, press to adhere to the insole, and wear as usual. If buildup of lint or dirt reduces tackiness, rinse with water, let dry on a smooth surface, then reapply. These are intended as cushioning heel supports rather than full-length orthotic insoles.
Pros
- Targeted shock absorption for heels
- Soft, washable silicone gel
- Fits many types of footwear
Cons
- Tacky surface can pick up lint
- No arch support — not a full orthotic
- Adhesive grip and material wear with use
VerdictThese silicone gel heel cups offer targeted padding and shock absorption for sore heels and related conditions. They’re lightweight, stick in place in most shoes, and work well as a simple alternative to full orthotics for people who need extra heel cushioning. Expect them to collect lint and lose adhesiveness over time, and they don’t provide full arch support, but for many walkers and workers th

Stays put better than other brands
These adhere well and kept working for my heel spurs. I buy replacements when the pads finally wear out.

Not enough support for my pain
I tried these for plantar fasciitis but didn’t get pain relief. They add slight comfort for normal wear but didn’t alleviate my symptoms.

Reliable for recurring plantar fasciitis
I keep repurchasing these — they help with my plantar fasciitis and I use them in most of my shoes; they last a few months in heavy-use sneakers.

Comfortable but adhesive could be stronger
They ease my heel spur discomfort, but the bottom adhesive sometimes lets them move when I slide my foot in.

Comfortable walking aid
Very comfortable; walking feels easier when I use them.

Low cost but not comfortable for me
These increased my heel pain rather than helped; too firm and the shape didn’t suit my foot.

Gets the job done
Sticky on both sides and the largest size ran small for me, but they added heel cushioning and reduced discomfort.

Useful at work, but could be improved
Helped on 10-hour shifts with added insoles, but the sticky surface traps lint and can rub if placed slightly off — they do their job but need design upgrades.

Strong negative experience
I made a video review explaining why these failed for me and corrected a shoe model mistake in the clip. Long story short: I wouldn’t recommend them.

Very helpful for short-term heel relief
Bought the smaller red pair and they noticeably eased after-day heel pain. No arch support here, so use a full insole if you need that. Pros: comfortable, extends walking time, stays intact. Cons: tackiness can wear, may slide on rough insoles, and the bright red color is visible.
