Product description
This inflatable pillow combines an outer of low-impact, certified recycled polyester with a hydrolysis-resistant TPU air chamber to resist moisture and extend service life. A layer of premium down is stitched under a soft, quiet fabric to provide cushioning and insulation without a lot of bulk. The rectangular profile supplies a roomy sleep surface and the construction is free of PVC and BPA. The pillow ships with a small stuff sack and 3M PillowLock patches so it can be attached to compatible sleeping pads.
A compact, multi-function XPRESS valve allows for quick inflation in a few breaths, near-instant deflation, and precise pressure adjustments so you can dial in the feel. Unique internal baffling keeps the down from bunching or compressing too much. The regular model measures 13.4 x 9.4 x 4.7 inches, packs down to about 3.7 x 2.2 inches and is listed at 2.5 ounces; the Large is 16.5 x 11 x 4.7 inches, packs to 3.9 x 2.6 inches and weighs 3.2 ounces; the X-Large is 23.2 x 15 x 4.7 inches, packs to 6.3 x 3 inches and weighs 6.2 ounces. Products are backed by a guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
Pros
- Very low packed volume and light weight
- Down layer adds warmth and a softer surface
- XPRESS valve for fast inflation/deflation and fine tuning
Cons
- Down requires careful inflation to get ideal feel
- A bit pricier than non-down variants
- Can be fiddly to repack into the stuff sack
VerdictA compact, feather-topped inflatable that balances comfort and low weight. The multi-function XPRESS valve makes inflation and fine-tuning simple, and the down panel adds warmth and a softer feel when slightly under-inflated. Excellent for multi-day trips where every ounce and pack size matter.

Soft fabric, stays anchored
Coming from car camping comforts I wanted ultralight but cozy gear. This delivered. Packs tiny, inflates easily, and the PillowLock patches keep it from shifting on my pad. The fabric is soft and not noisy; I used it uncovered and it was comfortable and supportive.

Works well for side sleepers
As a side sleeper this finally provided enough loft to keep my neck aligned and the down offers some insulation. My scale read 3.4 oz for my unit. The only pillow I’ve found more comfortable is a much heavier, car-camping option.

Lightweight and compact, with some noise
Makes a bit more crinkling noise than the description suggested, but otherwise fine. Super light and very small when packed—ideal for backpackers.

Down gives a welcomed luxury feel
A solid pick for backpacking that compresses smaller than it looks. Good support for head and neck, inflates quickly and empties fast. The down is a pleasant upgrade and the build quality is what I expect from the brand. Overall a good value.

Featherweight and genuinely comfy
I bought the large size and it fits into my sleep system nicely. Bare pillow weighs about 3.1 oz (3.3 oz with the sack). The down layer makes a noticeable comfort upgrade. I prefer it slightly under-inflated—fully pumped feels too firm. Inflates in roughly five breaths and deflates instantly. The regular size tucks in a sleeping bag hood well and stays put. Happy with the balance of comfort, weight, and packability.

Fantastic, very comfortable pillow
A fantastic pillow—thick and extremely comfortable. The down layer insulates well in both summer and winter without causing sweating or chilling. Inflates with about five breaths and the valve makes firmness easy to adjust. Packs down tiny into the supplied sack.

Climbed Rainier with almost no extra weight
Took this on Mt. Rainier where ounces matter. It adds almost nothing to my load and was very comfortable. Easy to inflate and deflate. Both sides are usable for me. You can add a jacket or bag over it for more padding, but it’s fine on its own. A pain to fit back into the sack but worth it for the small packed size.

Not a great value for me
I expected more given how expensive it is. It’s nearly double the other UL version and not substantially more comfortable, while weighing about 30% more. It isn’t much quieter, and the down isn’t treated for water resistance, which worries me in damp conditions. I chose to return it.

My partner loved it, so did I
Bought a second after my spouse used theirs. Mine weighed 2.43 oz on my scale—slightly under the spec. The down top benefits from being a touch under-inflated so it can loft and add insulation, which helps in colder conditions.
