Product description
What you get: a single large gel cold pack (measuring about 10.5 x 14.5 inches) designed for repeated use. The interior is a proprietary gel that chills in the freezer yet remains pliable enough to conform to curved body parts.
Construction: the pad is encased in an extra-thick nylon outer layer and sealed with reinforced, double seams to reduce the risk of leaks. The gel fill runs throughout the pad so it stays uniformly thick while remaining flexible even after freezing.
How it’s used: store in the freezer until chilled, then drape or wrap it around the affected area — knees, lower back, shoulders, neck, hip, or head for wisdom-teeth swelling. It’s a cold-only therapy alternative used for acute and chronic muscle pain, inflammation, arthritis, swelling, and hot-flash relief.
Applications: clinicians and users apply it for post-surgical recovery (hip and knee replacement, hysterectomy, vasectomy, perineal care), sports injuries (rotator cuff, shin splints, plantar fasciitis), neuropathy and migraine relief, and general muscle soreness. It’s reusable and intended to be protected from direct skin contact by a cloth barrier during use.
Pros
- Stays cold while remaining flexible
- Durable, double-sealed nylon construction
- Large size covers broad areas
Cons
- Doesn’t freeze into a rigid block
- No strap or band included
- Some users find it a bit heavy
VerdictA durable, reusable cold pack that stays flexible when frozen and provides wide coverage for surgical recovery, joint pain, or cooling needs. It’s leak-resistant and sized to wrap many body areas, though it won’t become rock-solid when frozen.

Durable and comfortable for neck use
Bought for my husband, who uses it for migraines and neck pain. He finds the medium lighter and easier to handle, but this large one is very durable. We bought an extra so he can rotate them while in use. The weight and flexibility are comfortable.

Good coverage for knee post-op care
Great dimensions for covering the top or underside of the knee. Material seems sturdy and the pad does its job. I’d like the gel to firm up a bit more for a colder feel and perhaps a touch more fill, but it’s flexible and effective due to its size.

Covers back and hips well
This large gel pack gives much better coverage than smaller options. I can sit and still get soothing cold to my back and hips. It’s flexible, well constructed, and freezes down very cold.

Long-lasting cold retention
Remains very cold for about 30 minutes and stays cool for another 20. Use a sleeve or a layer of clothing for the first stretch. The large two-pack lets me rotate pads. The gel is thick yet bends to the body or fits in a freezer corner. Out of several types I’ve tried, this one is my favorite for overall performance.

Indispensable for a hip replacement recovery
A lifesaver for my mother’s post-op routine. The pack flexes well, chills quickly and feels robust. Highly recommended for anyone needing cold therapy after surgery.

Helps neuropathy stinging and itching
I bought a second set because the first lasted well. They don’t need to be rock-solid to feel cool, so I carry one around. I have metastatic breast cancer and nerve pain; standard ice would thaw and drip, but these stayed tidy. Soft, somewhat thick, flexible and durable — they stay in place better because of size and are easy to wrap around my arms.

Heavy-duty and holds cold
Well-made and holds temperature for a long period. I often keep mine in the fridge for a milder chill. It’s large enough to fold over my hand and, while it lacks a securing strap, the build quality beats many strapped alternatives. I tried several brands for a wrist recovery and this one stood out.

Perfect for lumbar surgery recovery
Prescribed after lumbar back surgery. Size is ideal to cover the incision and surrounding area. It chills in about an hour and remains bendable straight from the freezer, making it easy to wrap. The outer material feels rugged and hasn’t leaked. My doctor advised a cloth barrier; I use an extra-large cotton T-shirt and apply it in short sessions a few times daily.

Great for hot weather and minor injuries
I’ve used cooling pads for years and bought this mainly for a heatwave. It doesn’t harden like some smaller packs, so it’s easy to manipulate. I freeze it flat, slip it into a pillowcase for a skin barrier, and it cools down enough to help me sleep. It’s not quite as long-lasting as some claims suggest, but it worked well for a sprained ankle. A bit heavy but manageable.

Matches the photos and my expectations.

Daily cooling for sensory and temperature needs
I’m heat intolerant and use cold packs nightly to regulate my temperature and ease anxiety. These chill colder than many others if left in the freezer and can stay cool for hours — my large one can still be cool in the morning. They’re heavy-duty, feeling substantial rather than flimsy, and double as a weighted pad for comfort.

Large yet easy to handle
I worried it would be too big, but the dimensions work well for a sore back after the gym or to cover a whole knee. The material is tough and the gel lets it fold twice to fit into a small freezer space.

Simple and effective
Very pleased with this pack — it does exactly what I need.
