Product description
Beef-tallow base and biodegradable formula — This soap is built on rendered beef tallow and blended into a formula intended to break down in soil. It’s marketed for campers and outdoor travelers who prefer a natural fat-derived soap that can handle both personal care and campsite cleaning.
All-in-one cleaning for campsites — The product is formulated to be used on cookware, plates and utensils as a dish soap, and also doubles as a body wash, hand soap and shampoo. The idea is to reduce what you pack by offering one liquid that covers many hygiene and cleaning tasks.
Low-suds, fast-rinse performance — The soap generates minimal foam and rinses away with little water, which helps when you’re washing dishes at a campsite or rinsing hair on the trail. Less sudsing makes it easier to leave minimal residue and conserve water while cleaning.
Respectful outdoor use instructions — While the blend is biodegradable, it’s designed to be used conscientiously. Users should wash well away from lakes, rivers and streams and disperse graywater into soil where microbes can break it down rather than releasing suds directly into natural waterways.
Travel-sized, convenience set — The package contains three small 2 oz (60 ml) bottles so you can split them between gear, family members, or trips. The size fits carry-on allowances and keeps weight and bulk down for camping, backpacking, RVing or flights.
Pros
- Multi-use: dishes, body, hands and hair
- Made with beef tallow and biodegradable ingredients
- Low-foam formula and three travel-size 60 ml bottles
Cons
- Used wash water must be disposed of away from waterways
- Small bottle volume may be limiting for larger groups
- Dark bottles can be hard to spot in low light
VerdictThis compact set is a handy multi-use soap for campers and travelers who want one product for dishes, hands, body and hair. The beef tallow base delivers a mild, effective cleaner that produces low foam and rinses quickly, making it sensible for low-water situations. Pay attention to outdoor-use guidelines: it’s biodegradable but requires responsible disposal away from open water. Ideal for backpa

Not what I searched for, but a pleasant surprise
I was looking for powdered soap alternatives and this came up as a suggestion. Packaging is neat. It doesn’t lather heavily but cleans fine and has a pleasant, mild scent without strong citronella.

Good size and gentle on hair
Perfect size for my son’s week-long camp; would have stretched to two weeks. Nice scent and left hair feeling soft.

Biodegradable claim, but disposal is awkward
Disappointed to learn you must bury used wash water away from streams despite the biodegradable claim. It cleans dishes and is concentrated, so the small bottles last, but dealing with disposal is inconvenient for casual car camping.

Cleans dishes well with little residue
Cleared dishes well and left minimal residue. Now our go-to camping dish soap.

Solid option for car camping
Worked well for car camping. Bottle lasted several days for dishes and hand washing, with a bit left over. Similar to other camp soaps but a tad thicker; a small amount cleans well. Refillable bottle is easier than old screw-top tubes.

Creamy, foams enough but hard to find in the dark
Really like it — creamy with decent foam, and a little goes far. I wish the bottles were smaller or brighter; the dark bottles fell out of my pocket and were hard to see in low light. Next trip I’ll add reflective tape.
