Worried about recent batches

The kernels are noticeably bigger and split easily. At first the salt seemed mild compared with other jumbo varieties, but after a few bags I grew to prefer the subtler seasoning. No woody bits, vacuum-style sealing keeps them fresh; eighteen bags last me a while.
