Actually XL as described
This cuff matched the larger size I needed. I kept the original connector from my old cuff and used it here. The kit is well made, gives consistent readings, and includes six adapters so it fits many meters. I’ll buy the same replacement if needed.

Errors on two meters
Bought for my 91-year-old aunt with very small arms. The extra small wrap fit her arm but showed error messages on both an Omron and an AND monitor. Couldn’t get it to work and had to return it.

Works with Omron 7150
