Included contents: one fanfold pack of 500 direct thermal shipping labels sized 4" x 6" (approx. 101.6 mm x 152.4 mm), ready to load into compatible thermal label printers.
Materials and construction: labels are produced from BPA-free direct thermal paper with a silicone-lined backing and a high-strength pressure-sensitive adhesive. The paper surface is optimized for direct thermal printing so barcodes and text come out sharp, and the adhesive is formulated to adhere to corrugated boxes, poly mailers, and other common shipping materials.
Durability and resistance: the label stock is designed to resist scratches, moisture, dust, grease, and everyday handling so printed information remains legible during transit and storage. The adhesive maintains a secure bond throughout shipping conditions.
Printer compatibility and usage: engineered for smooth use with the Nelko PL70E thermal printer and compatible with a wide range of direct thermal desktop and industrial label printers. Labels are supplied fanfolded for efficient, tangle-free feeding. If you encounter feeding or jam issues, gently clean the printhead and rubber roller with isopropyl alcohol or a soft lint-free cloth to restore reliable operation.
Applications: ideal for printing shipping and postage labels, order fulfillment tags, and carrier barcodes for services such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, and for use with popular e-commerce platforms and postage providers. These labels are meant for direct thermal printers — they are not intended for laser or inkjet devices.

Dependable labels with strong adhesive
I’ve used many thermal labels and these Nelko 4x6 sheets have been among the most dependable. They loaded cleanly with no curling, printed sharp barcodes that scanned easily, and the adhesive held tight on boxes and poly mailers without lifting. Consistency between stacks was excellent — no blank spots or miscuts — and they handled damp conditions fairly well.

Consistent performance, ordered again
This is my second pack and they continue to perform. The stock feels sturdy and smooth, takes print cleanly, and the backing peels off easily. Labels feed well into my thermal printer with no jams, and the barcodes and addresses print clearly every time. Quality matches the first pack I bought.

Solid unit with occasional tiny flaw
Printer works reliably with my phone and labels are very sticky. I later tried cheaper labels and saw no difference, so you can save money there. The printer is great overall but rarely produces a thin unprinted streak; it’s uncommon and not a dealbreaker for me.
