Side seam failed after a while
After about 16 months a side seam tore in a parking lot and my 12 lb cat’s head came through. He didn’t escape, but I expected it to hold up better under stress.

Solid overall but some fit and finish flaws
Using it for a young kitten: the seatbelt slot is awkward to feed through and requires threading from top to bottom. Once secured it stays put, but there are loose threads and materials don’t feel reassuring for leaving a pet unattended.

Sturdy carrier for multiple cats

Not as described and hard to return
Item didn’t match the description — far too small for a 9 kg cat and my 7 kg cat couldn’t fit. Returning was difficult and ended up costing significantly at the post office.

Held up with a very large cat
I own three big cats and took my 28 lb male to the vet in this carrier. Structure and zippers held up, and it was manageable to lift. Folds flat when not needed. Can’t speak to airline use.

Too small and flimsy for large cats
Doesn’t match the stated size for large cats. The front zipper broke before use. Might work for tiny puppies or kittens, but not for larger felines.

Top-loading is a real convenience
Top access makes loading simple. Mesh sides give visibility and airflow; my 13 lb and 16 lb cats could turn around. Seems fine for occasional vet use.
