Effective shoulder relief
Great for my shoulder pain. The fuzzy side meant I didn't need extra padding. Chills quickly and refreezes fast enough to reuse within a few hours.

Flexible and handy
Really pliable and arrived well packaged with a freezer sleeve. I wish it stayed cold longer, but it does help relieve my lower back pain.

Cool and roomy
Bigger than typical packs so it covers more of the sore area. One side is plush and comfy against skin. Good for a 30-minute session.

Great post-op aid
Picked this up after surgery and it worked well. Takes some time to reach usable temperature but holds cold a reasonable while. The cloth side stays dry unlike loose ice, and it never froze rock-solid. Follow the instructions about keeping it flat and zipped in the sleeve — I skipped that once and got ice crystals on the fabric.

Soft on one face
Works well though not outstanding unless discounted. One side is soft and cool, the other gets colder. It warms up over time and needs refreezing. Mine measured about 8×5 inches.
