Absolutely perfect!
Lovely texture that removes all makeup, including waterproof formulas, with minimal effort. The twist dispensing packaging is excellent. I used to use wipes or micellar water and often had oily or sensitive reactions; with this balm my skin feels balanced.

Superior to other balms
I’ve used this for a while and it stopped the breakouts I used to get with other balms. My skin has stabilized and a friend who had worse acne also saw improvement after trying it. Only downside is that it can finish in about two to three weeks if used nightly, so more volume would be welcome. I use it only at night and have now put it on subscription.

Switched over — very pleased
I love that the balm can be dispensed without touching it directly. I moved away from products that required a spatula and this feels much more sterile. Leaves skin clean but not stripped — very happy with the change.

Works well, minor drawback
Removes sunscreen and daily grime without needing a second cleanser and doesn’t dry or irritate. Feels premium. My only gripe is that you tend to use a bit more than suggested to fully clean, so the jar doesn’t last as long as I hoped.
