Packaging and firmness issues
Arrived tightly vacuum-sealed in a tiny box and was tricky to free from the shrinkwrap. It needed about 48 hours to expand, and when used it felt very hard with an abrasive-feeling fabric. Lacked the cushioning I expected and returning was difficult due to the compact packaging.

Sturdy construction with tidy seams and quality fabric. Multiple angle options let you customize the incline; the 12in tilt supports my head and shoulders like a hospital bed. Firm but not overly hard—similar to a firm mattress. Very pleased.

Stopped loud snoring
Highly recommend—elevating his head and upper body has dramatically reduced his snoring in just a few nights. We’ll still follow up with a sleep study, but so far this has made a major difference. Consult your doctor if apnea is suspected.

Helps with severe acid reflux
Bought for my partner who had to sleep upright due to reflux. The slope is steep enough to help, yet comfortable. He’s 6' and around 200 lb and fits well. The wedge is firm without sinking, and the cover zips off for cleaning. Can also act as a supportive backrest for reading.

Habe das Keilkissen nach einer Herz-OP gekauft. Es erleichterte die Rückenlage, da seitliche Lagerung verboten war. Sehr groß und schwer zu verstauen, aber es erfüllte seinen Zweck.

Too firm, worsened pain
Bought after bicep tendon surgery hoping for better sleep, but it’s extremely rigid and made my shoulder more uncomfortable. Not helpful for my recovery; I would avoid it for similar injuries.
