Well built but could use extra height
Solid construction, both shoulder strap and top handle are sturdy. I wish it were about 3 inches taller to fit large bottles without stretching the mesh. It keeps items cold, though the back can flop down when empty which makes initial loading a bit awkward.

Excellent lunch bag — will buy again
I had an earlier version for over four years and it held up through heavy washing and daily use. Color faded a bit after long service, but performance stayed solid. My husband, a construction worker, uses this every day and finds hot meals and cold drinks hold their temperatures when packed on separate levels.
