Product description
WHAT YOU GET: One 12-inch-wide roll of paper transfer tape, supplied on a silicone release liner to protect the adhesive until use. The roll length is 50 feet, giving plenty of material for multiple projects.
MATERIAL & THICKNESS: The tape is manufactured from a natural-colored paper stock approximately 4 mil thick. The paper face provides a stable, non-stretch surface for moving cut vinyl and printed graphics.
ADHESIVE & LINER: The adhesive is formulated to lie flat against the silicone-coated release liner so layers remain neat on the roll. That lay-flat behavior simplifies handling and helps keep the transfer tape steady while you align and set your design.
USAGE: Designed for die cutters, small sign shops, crafters, and hobbyists, it transfers decals, letters, and cut vinyl to nonporous surfaces. Apply the tape over your cut graphic, press to transfer, then remove the carrier, leaving the vinyl in place.
REMOVAL & CLEAN-UP: The tack level aims to hold elements during placement while allowing the paper to lift away without leaving a sticky residue, tearing the vinyl, or causing bubbles when used correctly.
MADE IN THE USA: The materials and assembly are domestic, produced to offer consistency in roll quality and adhesive performance for craft and light industrial use.
Pros
- Paper face works well with cut vinyl and decals
- Clean removal with minimal residue
- Made in the United States
Cons
- Can be difficult to unroll from the core
- Moderate tack may not grip rough surfaces
- May tear if handled aggressively
VerdictA solid choice for routine craft transfers and sign work where clean removal and an American-made product matter. It offers moderate tack that makes decal placement straightforward and leaves little residue, but some users find it hard to lift from the roll and not aggressive enough for rough or heavily textured substrates. Good for masking and short-run projects, less ideal for heavy-duty or prec

Handy for transfers
Simple and effective as a transfer tape.

Disappointing — unusable for me
I was excited to try a non-gridded transfer tape but the roll tore into bits when I tried to peel pieces off. Many others mention the same issue. If there's a special technique, it wasn't provided; it felt like a wasted purchase.

High-quality and reliable
Really pleased with how it handled extremely detailed decals I designed. No tearing or release problems. I used a tiny mix of dish soap in water as a wet-application aid, then saturated the transfer tape once the decal was on the vehicle and pressed it down; the tape released almost on its own. Very effective setup.

My go-to for masking
Works perfectly for masking wood and acrylic with my Glowforge.

Impossible to unroll
I can’t peel the tape off the roll cleanly. Every use wastes more than I get to use because it sticks to itself so badly.

Tape stuck to itself
My roll seemed water- or heat-damaged in transit; one end was glued to the next layer and it took ages to free. I lost a lot of tape chasing it around the roll before it stopped tearing and sticking.

Update — replacement resolved issue
Manufacturer reached out and sent a replacement that performed fine. I appreciated the quick response, but I still won’t reorder this brand; I had repeated tearing problems with the layer beneath and found it frustrating.

Good for laser masking with caveats
I use this for laser engraving and spray finishing the engraved areas. Low tack is exactly what I needed, but I had to bump up laser power for the extra thickness. On very shallow engravings the adhesive can leave a small residue in the groove.

Malísimo
No se puede despegar bien; se pega todo y al intentar quitarlo se rompe en trozos.

Nice quality but pricey
Solid product quality, though I later found a cheaper supplier offering similar performance.

Does the job
Works well for quick jobs on smooth, nonporous items. I use it for multiple small transfers in a row. It's not as sturdy as my heavier grid tape, so I avoid it for customer-ready stickers. Pulling the first piece from the roll was annoying until I put the roll on a dowel. The adhesive is moderate — not supersticky, but it holds through several placements. Because there's no backing once cut, it's a bit awkward to precut lots of pieces.

Warning — very low stick
I bought this to mask wood for laser cutting but it barely adhered to the surfaces I tried. It’s hard to remove from the roll yet won’t stay put on wood, and it won’t survive repeated passes. It lifted during the job and caused jams. I was disappointed.
