Product description
Technical specifications: The motorized pasta machine includes three interchangeable cutting heads: a 2.5 mm round pasta cutter, a 4 mm flat noodle blade and a 9 mm wide noodle cutter. The maximum dough width the device accepts is 5.5 inches (14 cm). Physical dimensions are approximately 9.6" x 7" x 7.6" and the unit weighs about 19.3 lb. Rated output is around 11 lb per hour. It is built for household use and not intended for commercial or continuous industrial operation.
Materials and build: The housing and a number of internal components are made from 410 stainless steel, a food-grade alloy that resists rust and adds durability. The pressing rollers are stainless steel as well, designed to produce even, smooth dough sheets. The package contains the motorized main unit and the three cutting attachments for different noodle widths.
Controls and adjustments: The machine uses upgraded rotary knobs to change settings — twist left or right to select thickness or switch between pressing and cutting. These knobs are reinforced to reduce breakage and extend service life compared with older snap-style controls. Thickness is adjustable from about 1 mm up to 4 mm (roughly 3/64" to 5/32"). For typical pasta sheets use lower gear settings (5 or below); for thinner wrappers such as dumpling skins, higher settings (6 and above) are recommended.
Use and applications: The compact, portable design makes it suitable for everyday kitchen tasks: fresh spaghetti, fettuccine, lasagna sheets, dumpling skins and similar items without additives. Because it’s designed for household volumes, it’s a convenient gift option and a good choice for small-batch pasta making. Users should follow safety precautions around the rollers and perform initial cleaning runs to remove any residual manufacturing oil.
Pros
- Durable 410 stainless steel construction
- Three cutter options for multiple noodle types
- Adjustable thickness up to 4 mm for versatile use
Cons
- Not intended for commercial or continuous heavy use
- Some users report overheating during long runs
- A few reports of early mechanical failures
VerdictThis electric noodle machine delivers a sturdy stainless steel build, three cutter blades and a 5.5" sheet capacity for homemade pasta, dumpling skins and noodles. It’s intended for household use rather than commercial kitchens. The motorized unit is easy to operate and offers adjustable thickness, but a few users report reliability and overheating concerns. Poor build, stopped in days
Unit failed within two days of light use. Quality seems inconsistent.

Exactly as pictured, useful in the kitchen
I’m pleased with this purchase. It helps a lot when making noodles and dumpling wrappers. I’d recommend it to others.

Runs hot but works in short bursts
It overheats if pushed too long, yet it makes good pasta for short sessions and small batches.

Works well but follow safety tips
Important warning: never push dough with fingers while it’s running — turn off power and use a flat utensil to feed stuck dough. I made multiple meals quickly and the pasta tasted great. To remove factory oil I ran a piece of dough first until it no longer left marks. Drawbacks: some edges are sharp so I applied tape, dough moisture must be right to avoid sticking, and the machine heats up after around an hour.

Cutter only — not a rolling system
I misunderstood the listing: this device focuses on cutting and does not perform sheet rolling on its own the way a combined roller/cutter unit would. I needed both functions in one machine.

Great for craft use too
This machine is fantastic for rolling polymer clay as well as dough — very versatile for hobby projects.

Feels like authentic homemade pasta
I love this unit — very simple to operate. Run a scrap piece of dough a few times first to clear any residue that may transfer. The machine is solid and quite heavy. It has a single, fast motor speed.

This is my second one that I bought online. It broke down after the second use.. 1/5
Broke after a few uses
This was my second purchase and it failed on the second run; the first one stopped working after three uses. Return windows had expired both times. I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Tricky feeding — watch for folded sheets
The rollers sit above the motor housing so there’s no drop beneath them. You must guide the sheet carefully or it will fold back on itself, creating accordion folds. The deflector doesn’t always prevent catching.

Excellent performance and service
After an initial shipping damage, the company handled the issue quickly. Customer support was attentive and the machine now runs perfectly. I use it multiple times a week for spaghetti, fettuccine, lasagna and wider egg noodles.
