Product description
What you get: one anatomically shaped wrist brace designed specifically for either the right or the left hand (they are not ambidextrous). Each piece is offered in two size ranges — S/M and L/XL — so measure your wrist circumference and follow the sizing guidance to find the best fit.
Construction and materials: the sleeve uses nylon fibers with copper infused directly into the yarn, so the metal isn’t a surface coating that washes away. The textile is breathable, wicks moisture, and resists stretching or losing shape after laundering. The design includes a supported thumb area so the hand is stabilized while fingers remain usable.
How it supports healing: the brace holds the wrist in a protective position that limits painful flexion, extension and some rotation, allowing injured tissues to rest. It can be worn throughout the day while typing or during activity and is comfortable enough for overnight use in many cases. It provides more mobility than a hard cast while still restricting harmful movements.
Adjustment and use: hook-and-loop straps let you dial the compression to suit your needs. Proper placement — top strap at the base of the hand and the lower strap farther down the forearm — is important for optimal support; incorrect strap positioning can reduce the brace’s effectiveness. It can be used alongside cold therapy and is suitable for conditions such as sprains, strains, arthritis, tendinitis, carpal tunnel symptoms, ganglion cysts, TFCC issues and related RSI complaints.
Care and durability: because copper is integrated into the fiber, the hygienic benefit remains through washing. The fabric tolerates laundering without sagging, and the shape and support remain intact with regular use. This is a stabilizing support sleeve rather than an elastic sports glove or simple compression wrap.
Who it’s for: men and women needing daytime relief while working or who want nighttime stabilization to correct sleeping wrist posture. If you require protection for one side only, order the appropriate right- or left-specific brace; matching sides are sold separately.
Pros
- Adjustable immobilization that still allows finger use
- Copper-infused, breathable nylon that endures washing
- Usable day and night for many wrist conditions
Cons
- Hand section can feel loose for those with small hands
- Right and left braces are separate items
- Effective support depends on correct strap placement
VerdictA practical immobilizing sleeve that eases pain and reduces harmful wrist motions while remaining breathable and adjustable. It’s sized specifically for right or left hands, available in two size ranges, and holds up to washing. Some users find the hand section roomy if they have small hands, and strap positioning matters for full benefit.

Nighttime wear fixed my symptoms
Ordered these for early carpal tunnel signs and wear them every night. They’re very comfortable in bed and have corrected my sleeping wrist position, eliminating my symptoms.

Comfortable and helpful for my sprain
Has helped my sprained wrist and is comfortable while resting. I like it and would recommend it.

Provides needed restriction without losing dexterity
Solid support overall; the thumb area is slightly loose for my small hands. It limits painful flexion and rotation while leaving fingers and thumb usable, helping with my tendonitis/TFCC symptoms.

Good for typing while recovering
Perfect for lower hand and wrist issues when keyboard work is required. Compression is customizable, fingers stay mobile, and it supports the wrist. Bought the left and will get the right side too.

Fast relief for arm and hand numbness
Forearm aching eased within minutes and hand numbness dropped over a week with regular daytime and occasional overnight wear. After two weeks I was nearly normal. I suspect immobilization, not the copper, did the healing, but the brace worked well for me.

Comfortable, lightweight, and effective
I rarely write reviews, but this brace is soft, light, and comfortable. My wrist feels much better and the nighttime numbness stopped. I wear it at night per my PT and would purchase again.

One brace shorter than the other
I like the braces but the left one arrived shorter than the right despite being the same size. The shorter piece gives less support on that side, so my left hand moves more and feels less protected.

Supportive and easier to sleep in
Gives solid wrist support and is far more comfortable than the wrap my doctor provided. I can sleep with it and adjust tension easily. The hand portion is a bit large for my small hands, but fingers move much more freely.
